Deadlines for Applications are February 15, May 15 and September 15 of each year. If this date falls on a weekend, the deadline will be the following business day.

Results may be expected by the end of May, August, and November, respectively.

While requests for capital projects are seldom made, applications may be submitted by September 15 for consideration in November with payment scheduled for the following calendar year.
